Healthy Cheat Day Meals




While we understand healthy eating can be very difficult especially if you're driving around and start to smell the good greasy french fries frying. It's not always good but sometimes you just have to stop and get at least something in your stomach. Here are some good fast food alternatives to those cheat days, Chick-Fil-A is a good alternative; they offer a Grilled cook chicken wrap that's only 360 calories with 13g of fat. This is for all the pizza lovers, Papa Johns offers a Mediterranean Veggie Pizza that's 180 calories with 7 grams of total fat. Lastly, since breakfast is also the most important meal of the day it’s important to always eat something in the morning. Denny’s can be a good quick stop if you’re on the road or need to get breakfast from somewhere. They offer a loaded veggie omelet that comes with two english muffins and fruit on the side which totals out to 480 calories. This is a well-balanced meal that help you start your day feeling energized and motivated. These meals show that while it’s not always good to eat out if you look hard enough there are restaurants who understand that people are looking to eat healthier. With stores like Chick-Fil-A, Denny’s, Chipotle, Tropical smoothie and more there’s a trend of stores that are starting to accommodate a more healthier lifestyle.
